This ground coffee is specially made for Wittenborg or other coffee machines, where coffee and the hot water are only in contact with each other for approx. 20 sec. The coffee is darkened so we can get faster juice and power out of the beans. It is a pear Danish roasting. Reminiscent of Red Merrild in the taste. You will in many cases be able to dispense less per cup with this coffee.
