This new tap has built-in a small LED counter that flashes blue when the carbon filter or lime filter is ok , but if the tap has been open for more than 2000 min. or after one year of use ... the blue flashes to red as a warning that carbon filter / lime filter must be changed or now the drinking water cooler must be disinfected.
